Mr. Jagadeesh Yadav started his career in the mechanical maintenance industry more than 20 years ago. through the years, he worked on different industrial projects and gained valuable experience in this field like maintenance, fabrication, shutdown work, and machinery installation.
In 2021, he officially started Sandeep Yadav Contractor, From the very beginning, our founder believed in one simple principle understand the client’s needs first, then deliver the right solution on time with quality, precision, and commitment. This approach continues to define the way we work today.Even today, he stays involved in project planning and guides.

As the Executive Director of Sandeep Yadav Contractor, Mr. Pardeep Yadav have more than 15 years of practical experience in industrial mechanical maintenance. He is doing take care of daily site activities, client discussions, manpower planning, and project coordination. Clients appreciate him for the knowledge and required practical way of his working. and he focus resolve site challenges without unnecessary delays. His commitment to quality work and customer satisfaction continues to strengthen the company’s reputation in the industrial sector.

Mr. Sandeep Yadav leads Sandeep Yadav Contractor company as the Managing Director. For more than 7 years, he has been actively involved in mechanical maintenance, fabrication work, piping work, equipment installation, and industrial shutdown projects. After completed his mechanical engineering , he choose to work closely with industrial clients and project teams to understand how this work is actually executed on site. He believes that every project should start with understanding the client’s needs.
